my stay at hard rock hotel was fantastic! the location was excellent, just minutes from the metro station and mh mall. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially jessie doug, who gave us a nice corner unit with a stunning view. we even received a birthday cake for our niece's celebration.

However, I noticed that the executive lounge wasn't very active during my visit, which was a bit disappointing.

I loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying some live music in the evening. Only downside was the confusion over the complimentary coupons. I think clearer communication could make it even better. 😄
